Guidelines and application forms are made available to download in Adobe Acrobat format.

The closing date for receipt of 2009 Application Forms, Music Teacher’s Reference Forms and Headteacher’s Reference Forms was at the end of March. If you would like to apply for our 2010 Awards please revisit the site in October when information will be available on how to apply; (the deadline will be Friday 26 March 2010).

Means Testing
AYM means tests all applications: during this process we use income thresholds similar to those of the Music and Dance Scheme www.dcsf.gov.uk/mds/national_grants. Ultimately however our Adjudication Panel makes their decisions according to which young musicians, in their view, are the most talented and the most in need of help.

The Application form,Teachers Reference form and Headteacher's Reference form may also be downloaded in Word format but please print the finished pages and post a signed copy. Copies cannot be accepted by fax or email.
